Enderle & MollMüller-Thurgau “Buntsandstein” 2022 (750ml)

One of Enderle & Moll’s rarest and smallest production wines, from a tiny .15ha parcel of 40 old Müller-Thurgau vines grown solely on colored red sandstone. 3 days of maceration then softly pressed into used barrique where it ages on the lees for 10 months. There is a very light filtration and almost no sulfur added at bottling (10mg free SO2). The most aromatic of the E & M white wines.
