Enderle & MollMüller-Thurgau “Pur” 2022 (750ml)

This is maybe the best M-T Pur I’ve ever tasted from E&M – 11.5% and it feels energetic, spring-water like with a softly perfumed fruit, melon (yet the melon that just lines the inner part of the skin, white and greenish), flowers, white pepper, a salty ocean breeze. This is a delicate orange wine, with about 6 days of maceration and sourced from 45-year-old vines on limestone and sandstone. No filtration and low sulfur added at bottling. A stupid value honestly.
