Petillant Naturel Rose of Pinot Noir. Single fermentation sparkling wine made from grapes Jess has been farming herself. 2021 Pet Sounds is a single vineyard wine made from Hollow Oak Acres, a 6 acre vineyard. Farming practices are no-till, non-certified organic with some biodynamic farming practices. Vinification was whole cluster, in tank, bottled at 18 g/l sugar, and finished in bottle. Sulfur was 8ppm at crush, 4 ppm at bottling
