Weiser-KünstlerRiesling Sonnenlay Kabinett 2022 (750ml)

The 2022er Wolfer Sonnenlay Riesling Kabinett was made from fruit harvested at 82° Oechsle and was fermented down to fruity-styled levels of residual sugar (43 g/l). It offers a reduced yet complex nose made of pear, peach, bergamot, ginger, and whipped cream. The wine proves gorgeously well balanced and multi-layered on the palate where the sweetness and acidity interplay are beautifully balanced. The finish is superbly subtle, playful, and light-footed but very persistent and intense.
