The “Steinterrassen” wines should be thought of as the 1er Cru wines; they are always sourced from steep, terraced vineyards, from some of the better, older-vine parcels. Vetter’s Rieslings are unique, saline and floral, with tense, linear washes of citrus and complex minerality.

None other than the New York Times’ Eric Asimov wrote about one of Stefan Vetter’s Sylvaners as a “most memorable bottle of 2018.”
