A 0.5 ha monopole vineyard bordering the Wolfer Goldgrube and is oriented to the west. Its geology differs markedly from its neighbor: here, the soils are composed of red slate, yielding wines of power and depth, with a broader, more expressive structure rather than the linear precision typical of Wolfer Goldgrube.

The vineyard is planted with 100% ungrafted vines, over a century old, whose deep roots and low yields contribute concentration and character. Framed by imposing stone walls, this site stands as a true monument within the landscape—a place where history, terroir, and craftsmanship converge.
