Noël BazinRosé Brut La Pimpante NV (750ml)

La Pimpante or “The Dapper” is their other “large” production wine, of which we get close to 50 cases every year of. Rosé made of 16% Pinot Noir, which is sourced from the neighboring village to the north, Verzenay. The remainder is composed similarly to the L’unanime, roughly 50% single vintage base wine and rest from various solera reserves. Light salmon coloured and plush, just crushed berry fruits. Finely vinous and also with a light mousse —a lavish, coating, saturating and structrued rosé. Pair with steaks!
