The 2024 Sauvignon Blanc is mostly from the chalky soils of Westhofen (the remainder from Hillesheim about fifteen minutes north),  a short five hour skin contact then aged in stainless steel. A mix of classic Seehof zippy acidity and fully ripe fruit for depth.
