Here is where you find, perhaps, the most noticeable growth and development of Emily and Christoph as winemakers – yet it’s also the most subtle. This is just a delicate, whispering wine, lean, serene, nimble… it almost speaks to the mountain-water aesthetic of Stefan Vetter’s Silvaners, yet it’s not as austere. This wine is a touch more textural, more giving – yet still only 10% alcohol and so mineral-fresh. Just superb Silvaner.
