The Wildrosé is truly wild. Portugieser fermented whole bunch for 3 or 4 days before moving into 1200L and 2200L barrels with some lees from the white cuvées. This vintage they added just a touch of Riesling to lower the pH and allow the wine to be unsulfured and clean.

Note that all the “Pur” labels are drawn by the brothers’ grandmother (Oma in German); really “natty wine” Oma’s boys.
